Accounts and membership

If you create an account in the Mobile Application, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under the account and any other actions taken in connection with it.

Providing false contact information of any kind may result in the termination of your account. We may suspend, disable, or delete your account (or any part thereof) if we determine that you have violated any provision of this Agreement or that your conduct or content would tend to damage our reputation and goodwill. If we delete your account for the foregoing reasons, you may not re-register for our Services. We may block your email address and Internet protocol address to prevent further registration.

Forwarding our SMS or part of our SMS to unauthorized users is a violation and any user found doing same will have his/her account terminated immediately without any notice.

Users & Usage

The purpose of this mobile application is to streamline the trade gaps and improvise the working of stakeholders associated with Medical & Pharmaceutical Industry. Therefore, we limit the usage of this mobile application to the specific user(s) group(s) and not for general public at large. And, in any event if found non-relevant with the user criteria, we may block the usage permanently without any prior notice.

This mobile application is not for the use of general public to identify the suppliers of medicines. We request to follow the standard modus operandi for buying medicines.

We do not buy / sell / auction any medicaments or related products. We deny any responsibility in the event of denial of fulfillment from any supplier associated / shown / suggested through our mobile application.

Digital Content & Backups

We are not responsible for the accuracy of the data and content obtained by user through application or any loss to data residing in the Mobile Application. In no event shall we be held liable for any kind of loss occurred to users by use of application or any kind of data/content loss. It is your sole responsibility to maintain appropriate backup of your Content. We make no guarantee that the data you need will be available.

We prohibit any kind of data theft from this application through any means and doing so the user will attract strict legal actions.

Changes and amendments

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement or its policies relating to the Mobile Application or Services at any time, effective upon posting of an updated version of this Agreement in the Mobile Application. When we do we will post a notification in our Mobile Application. Continued use of the Mobile Application after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.

Acceptance of these terms

You acknowledge that you have read this Agreement and agree to all its terms and conditions. By using the Mobile Application or its Services you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the terms of this Agreement, you are not authorized to use or access the Mobile Application and its Services.
